Tips for this count
Photograph the face of the stack straight on, so each box shows one side.
Only what the camera sees is counted: boxes hidden behind the front row are not.
Outline one box with its edges. For two box sizes, outline one of each.
Printed or wrapped boxes that look different from each other count better with Smart AI.
What people use it for
Cycle counts and stock takes, checking a pallet or a delivery, and counting cases on a shelf, from a phone photo.

For a good count
Take the photo straight on, with even light and no strong shadows.
The objects should look alike and not overlap much.
Any size works. Large photos are reduced to 2400 pixels on the long side, so very small objects in a huge photo are best cropped first.
