Prices in Canadian dollars
In short
- Fast and free is free, with no limit and no account. It counts in your browser, and your photo isn't uploaded.
- Smart AI counts on our server, for photos where the objects vary in color, angle or shape. You get 1 free credit a day. After that, pay for one photo or buy credits.
- Most photos use 1 credit. The exact cost shows before you run a count, and nothing is charged until you do.
- Credits never expire. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

Payment is by card through Stripe. Taxes, if any, and the total show on Stripe's page before you pay.
What a credit buys
Smart AI looks at the photo in square pieces called tiles, sized so your example outline is large enough for the model to see well. 1 credit covers up to 10 tiles.
- Objects that are large in the photo (pipes, logs, boxes, cars from a parking garage) fit in 1 to 10 tiles: 1 credit.
- Many small objects in a large photo (colonies on a dish, seeds, panels in an aerial photo) can need more tiles, so more credits: at most 10, and you see the number before you run the count.
- Outlining only the area you want counted, or outlining a larger example, lowers the cost.
If a count isn't right, use Not right? Get your credit back under the result, within 30 minutes.
Your credits
Credits belong to an access key that the page keeps for you. Save the key (step 4, Access key) to use your credits on another device or browser. See the terms of use for refunds and the privacy page for what happens to photos sent to Smart AI.
